Most bus dwellers, van dwellers and even RVer’s will admit that most of their day is usually spent outside. I think that is a perk to living in something mobile. You can drive to an interesting, new place each day and explore your surroundings. But what about when it rains? Here is my list of things to do when you don’t want to go out and get wet:
Sleep in!
Enjoy a lazy day. Stay in bed and read a book! Maybe this is just the excuse I tell myself but I’ve always felt that on a rainy day we were meant to hibernate and take a day off.

Spring cleaning
Even if it isn't spring. If you are wide awake and can’t mope around in bed all day how about thoroughly cleaning everything inside your vehicle. Ceilings and all! I find that even when I houseclean there are still those areas that rarely get cleaned, for me it’s the ceilings (I’m really short) and the insides of my covered shelves. A rainy day is the perfect time to tackle these places.

Drive to the perfect lookout spot and watch the storm. Have your camera ready for those lightning shots. Or set your camera up to record the whole thing and edit later and make a really cool time lapse video.

ReplyDeleteI used to work a minimum wage job, and in under a year I created an online income of 3 times what I made at my regular job, and all in my spare time.
My rented websites cost me ~$20 a month each, and each one makes $500-$1000 per month income. Each site took between 2-5 days of worrk from me before they were generating income. I'm now making ~$60k a year, and the sites totally run themselves. Anybody can do this with just a little bit of research. Find a niche and fill it. (EASY!)
I'm currently banking about ~$50k per year above and beyond my living expenses, so I'm banking 5 years worth of the future for every year I do this. I could also expand my income if I ever needed to.
Spending my spare time to expand my income was one of the best choices I've ever made.
